COVID-19 Update to Customers

Under restrictions set out by the South Australian Government, Bunnings stores in South Australia will be open for trade customers only and offering contactless Drive & Collect to retail customers. Trade customers will be required to show their PowerPass card or trade credentials to gain entry in-store. Team members and customers will also be required to wear a face mask while in store as a condition of entry. Due to restrictions, customers who have placed orders for delivery will have their items prepared once our stores can reopen. We apologise for any inconvenience. We look forward to welcoming you back to store as soon as restrictions are lifted.

Price Policy

price policy

Our lowest prices policy applies to any lower price on an item that is in-stock and available for delivery or collection on the same day from a competitor’s online or physical store in Australia. It applies where our competitor’s price (including GST and delivery charges), is lower than our price.

We recognise that despite everything we do to provide our products at the lowest prices we can’t always be the lowest at every instant on everything. So, if you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item that’s available for same-day delivery or collection, we'll beat it by 10%. Don't forget this excludes trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities.

Bunnings MarketLink: Products sold directly by Bunnings’ Trusted Sellers through our MarketLink platform are not sold by Bunnings and are not subject to Bunnings lowest prices policy or price guarantee.

Health & Safety

Please make sure you use all equipment appropriately and safely when following the advice in these D.I.Y. videos. You need to be familiar with how to use equipment safely and follow the instructions that came with the equipment. If you are unsure, you may feel it is safest to consult an expert, such as the manufacturer or an expert Bunnings Team Member.

Grave health hazards are linked to asbestos, which may be in homes built up to 1990. Health hazards may result from exposure to lead-based paints in older materials and copper chromium arsenic (CCA) treated timber. For information on the dangers of asbestos, lead-based paint and CCA treated timber and tips for dealing with these materials contact your local council's Environmental Health Officer or visit our Health & Safety page. You can also use a simple test kit from Bunnings to indicate the presence of lead-based paint.
